I used to go to the one in New York during the 1990s. At first it was well worth the trip and I spent a lot of time there. I learned alot about the equipment and would take some of the ideas and put them to use in super-8. The last time I went in 1999 it was nothing more than rows of " Film Dover NJ" " Win a week in Allentown PA, (second place was two weeks)". There was little or no equipment, and I was in and out in 20 minutes. NY is a 2 1/2 hour ride for me so I gave it up. I hope the one you are going to is better than that.

I never did get to go. I had lots of work on Friday, a live broadcast on Saturday. I was hoping the vender show would be open on Sunday. not here in the Midwest.

The Expo in Los Angeles is killer, as you can imagine.
